Onboarding consultant for Lessor WorkForce at Paychex Europe

We are looking for a dedicated and enterprising onboarding consultant to help integrate LessorWorkforce, our web-based solution for time recording and shift planning, with other systems of our customers.

As an onboarding consultant, you will have the opportunity to develop and become an expert in our system while building strong relationships with our customers.

Your tasks will be to onboard customers in LessorWorkforce either at the customer's site or online, including configuring the system and coordinating to provide the customer with a suite solution. You will manage the customer projects independently.

Your Profile

If you have experience with LessorWorkforce, this would be an advantage. You may also have a project management degree or experience from a consultancy firm with onboarding software. You are interested in the customer, in systems, and in IT, and how it all comes together. 

You also recognize yourself in the following:

  • You have the big picture and can keep a cool head in pressure situations.
  • Providing great customer experiences comes naturally to you, and you are happy to go the extra mile.
  • You understand technical challenges in depth and communicate in a way that the customer understands.
  • You are curious and have sharp analytical skills.
  • You manage the customer journey and project, and you facilitate, align expectations, follow up and challenge to ensure our customers get the best solution.
  • You can work independently.
  • You have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken Danish and English for professional use.

It is a requirement that you have a driver's license and the ability to provide your own car.

The Team

The team you will be part of is large and dynamic. We have different skills and experience levels and are based in either Allerød, Østerbro or Vejle. In Solution Onboarding, we implement the systems LessorWorkforce, Emply and Lessorløn. In the team that implements LessorWorkforce, we are 4 colleagues, soon to be 6 colleagues. Standing shoulder to shoulder, pulling together and sharing knowledge.
